RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you need to return an item, please follow the process below.
We have one of the longest return timeframes out there…. up to 365 days of the purchase date (excluding manufacturing defects). The item must be unused with all packaging intact for a full refund of the purchase price. Items that are lightly used, but are still in like new condition and not damaged in any way, the item may be returned and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund (at DOGSTRONG’s discretion). In some cases a full credit of the item price will be offered as an alternative to a refund (at DOGSTRONG’s discretion). If the item is damaged as a result of normal use and of course misuse, a return will not be accepted. Email us anytime with concerns or questions and we will try our best to make it right.
There are no returns on all books, custom items, ID tags, opened food, opened treats, chews and Auburn Leathercrafters products.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reason you want to return the item. We will promptly send you further instructions by email for returning the item.
Follow the instructions in the email we send you and send your item back to the address we provide. (The customer is responsible all return shipping charges, unless the item is found by DOGSTRONG to have a manufacturing defect).
As with our return policy, we allow you to exchange an item for up to 365 days of the purchase date, please follow the process below. We know how frustrating getting the wrong sized item can be, so we put in place a hassle-free exchange process. This will allow you to get the right item to you as fast as possible.

If there is a manufacturing defect on any item, you will have the option of a full refund or an exchange of the item once we receive the item and determine the item is defective. We will refund or exchange your defective item within 15 days of purchase on all items we carry. After 15 days the manufacturer's warranty will take effect, but we may still be able to handle refunds or exchanges for you, making this process as hassle-free as possible.
